The Penthouse

Atalaya is a privately owned, spacious third floor Penthouse situated directly on the beach, overlooking the Mediterranean. Its very own private roof terrace is bigger than the Penthouse itself.

The Penthouse comprises of a spacious lounge / dining room with a dual aspect view of the Mediterranean and direct excess onto the terrace. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and three double sized bedrooms. Every room within the Penthouse boasts its own enviable sea view. The master ensuite-bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and fitted wardrobes and benefits from direct excess onto the Terrace, with spectacular ocean views. Bedrooms two and three are both twin bedded rooms. With large fitted wardrobes and stunning sea views. The 2nd bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, wc sink and bidet.

The apartment comfortably sleeps six persons and can be booked for as little as £275 per week. You will find the apartment very well equipped including an iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine and microwave. Safe deposit box.
Outside the apartment has its own very large stunning terrace with outside table and chairs, and six sun loungers. Large built in BBQ included on terrace. The apartment grounds boasts its own outdoor swimming pool with direct excess onto the beach. If you fancied a spot of tennis there is also tennis court, which can be booked with the concierge, and pay a small fee of about 70p for the hour!

To take the stress out of travelling, you can be chauffeured directly to the Penthouse. A complimentary welcome pack is included to help kick start your holiday. We take great care to ensure your stay will be just as you wish. We live locally too, and we will be on-hand to give help and advice in getting the most out of your holiday.

Our opinion

A relaxing location, in which you can unwind and take in its breathtaking 180 degree sea views, light sea breezes and therapeutic noise of the Sea.
The private terrace is so large it benefits from the sun all day, so it is ideal for sun- worshipers. Whilst the apartment is positioned in a quiet location, it is a short walk from Spanish bars, restaurants, nightclubs and Peki Park, an outdoor children’s fairground, because of its proximity to most facilities we have found this to be popular all year round. It is also the closest accommodation we have to golf courses.
We do not recommended to young families with prams, as the Penthouse does not have a lift. Can get very busy in August, as it is very popular area with Spanish families, however the Penthouse itself is in a private position, elevated on the third floor facing the sea.
