Your very own Semi Detached Villa, situated in the heart of La Manga Club. Los Molinos is in a complex of similar Villas surrounded by sub tropical gardens, and comes with full Sports rights for 4 people. Being one of the first Villas in the Los Molinos Community, you benefit from its location, only 50 metres from the Pool, and Pool side Restaurant, parking can also be found literally on your doorstep. The Famous Tennis Academy is only 10-15 minute stroll away.
The Villa comprises of a spacious lounge/diner with fantastic views of the Mar Menor andMediterraneanfrom both the Kitchen and Living room, the living leads onto a balcony through sliding doors. You can also access the roof terrace from inside the villa. Its also has a fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms, and two double sized bedrooms. The bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct excess into the communual gardens.
The villa comfortably sleeps four persons, and can be booked for as little 395 pounds per week. Or take off for a weekend break for 300 pounds, that’s only 75.00 pounds per person for 3 nights, Go on treat yourself! You will find the Villa very well equipped including iron and ironing board, Plasma TV, SAT, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave and safe deposit. Talking of safety, there are smoke alarms, in every room.
Outside the Villa it has a private balcony with built in bbq, table and chairs for up to 6 people and a private roof terrace. The Community Pool is one of the best Pools in La Manga Club. The restaurant overlooking the Pool is again one of the best restaurants for lunch on the Club.
To take the stress out of travelling, you can arrange a transfer through Steve, to take you directly to your Villa from the airport. A complimentary welcome pack and a meet and greet service by the owner is included in the price of the Villa, Homemade meals can be ordered prior to arrival. It really is a home from home. A cooked meal can be ready to be served when you arrive in the Villa, whilst relaxing on the balcony with a refreshing drink.

Our opinion
Another relaxing location, with a big twist, La Manga Club has an abundance of sports facilities all on your doorstep. I simply can not fault this property, its location within Los Molinos is the best for one, it is a semi detached villa, but it feels detached from Villa next door. Whilst it is elevated with fantastic views, there are very few steps leading to the property. Come and have a look yourself! And take advantage of the sports rights of 4 people.
